What members say
I came for one reformer class and stayed for the teachers. Maya remembered my shoulder on day two.

Yin on Wednesday night is the best part of my week. I sleep like a person who has done nothing wrong.

The schedule is the reason I stay. I can see what is open at 6 a.m. and book before my coffee is done.

Barre Burn is hard in a very friendly way. Elena counts, jokes and corrects my hips at the same time.

Good questions
I have never done Pilates. Where do I start?
Book the intro offer and begin with Reformer Foundations or Mat Pilates. Tell your teacher it is your first time and they will check in throughout.
What should I wear?
Close-fitting, comfortable clothes you can stretch in. Grip socks are required for reformer, tower and barre. You can buy a pair at the desk.
How early should I arrive?
About ten minutes before class. That gives you time to check in, set up your springs and meet your teacher. The door closes five minutes after the start time.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or move a booking up to 12 hours before class at no charge. Later changes use one class from your plan.
Do unlimited plans renew automatically?
Yes. Unlimited monthly renews every month after a three-month minimum. You can pause for up to 30 days a year.
Is there parking?
There is free street parking on Sunset Blvd after 6 p.m. and a small lot behind the studio with eight spaces. See the map on the Contact page.
